Cannot filter by favorites

Hello. When I try to filter by favorites I only have a "false" option. I have some favorites selected for this emulator. Do you know what I am doing wrong? I am using retro pie on Ubuntu 16.04 with the carbon theme. Thanks!

My friend and I both have this exact same issue - I would love some insight as to how to resolve it so I can organize my game libraries better.

@wspnut Please give more details about your setup - https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. What system/folder are you filtering on ? What version of ES are you using ?
