How to configure emulation station controls when not prompted.

Flashed an image from arcade punks. The image is called "PDretrorame.img". It looks amazing and the startup animation is great however none of my controllers are recognized. The image I used before was also an emulation station image. As soon as id plug in my generic PS3 style controller or my homemade fight stick it would pop up to configure them. This one does nothing.

@justin2042 Please read https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. Use an official RetroPie image and we could offer support here or ask the image author for support.
