I made it like that to blend the "RETRO" into the logo, make look like an actual n64 game. But, through the power invested in me by CTRL+Z I was able to undo alot of that.

@Rookervik @lilbud so the nes mini is coming out in november. I am going to make one of them a raspberry pi. I plan on trying to make a theme as best matching the nes minis theme. I am not sure how it is going to look but i might need help making a splashscreen and maybe some other graphics. Pixel art i can do but anything above pixelated 8bit nes i cant do. I just figured out how to take screenshots (really i was just too lazy to look) in retroarch so i am going to make some nes retropie splashscreens but as a pixel artist i can do things like super mario bros title screen but the title screen in bubble bobble and tmnt and stuff like that i could do but would take me entirely way too long going a pixel at a time. Im just not sure what to expect yet as it hasnt been demoed so i may ask for your help if you are possibly willing or able to help.

@edmaul69 Once we get more info, sure. I will be back in school in November, so they might take me longer. Send me a list of the games you would want to do. I could help with theming, so could Roo. Any luck, the nes mini will just be a simple text list. But I see what you are getting at.

@lilbud yeah until we see it who knows. Thanks for the super mario bros 3 splash. Love it. I need to finish up the playchoice 10 splashscreen im working on before i can start on others. Spent the whole day making a sony pistation 1 system.

@edmaul69 Good luck with that one, that cursive looks painful to recreate.

I think you misunderstood. I built a raspberry pi mod in a playstation 1. It was a lot of work. I am going to be using your final fantasy vii splashscreen on it though.

@edmaul69 The play choice 10 one.

I am doing a cool playchoice 10 game instruction screen. I could never do the playchoice marquee. It would take me a week to do that. :D

Are you trying to make the PlayChoice logo a vector, or convert it to say Retro Pie?
-
I thought he was doing that, but is actually making a Playchoice-10 one, but not the logo.
-
@lilbud @Rookervik yeah i am not doing the logo. for the theme rookervik i did modify your fba vector to make one that matched what the panel layout is on the playchoice 10 arcade. I did one for the nintendo vs arcades as well. I have seperate themes for both of those. But back to the subject, in the playchoice 10 arcades, their are two versions. A single screen and a dual screen. The dual screen has instructions for each game on the top screen. I am making a retropie splashscreen based off of that screen. I will post it when i am finished today.

Here is the PlayChoiece-10 splashscreen i made. i hope you dont mind me posting it here. i can delete it if you want it removed.
more arcade accurate version
Edit: Post updated with good imgur photo

Wow awesome pictures, can you determine a zip file with all pictures included?
Can you upload them on a cloudspace (Dropbox...) so users got the choice, to download just one picture, got a gallery view and we can download them all as one zip? -
@cyperghost Everything has been added to the extra splashscreens repository up to this point:
easily added/removed from the retropie setup script.
