Atari 800 bin file keeps launching instead of others

I have a .bin file in the Atari 800 folder, however no matter which file I select it always launches the one .bin file. I do not have any other bin files in the folder. any ideas?

Also, I'm having trouble understanding your situation. You have only one .bin file in the atari800 folder, yet any .bin file in the atari800 folder always launches the only .bin file? It sounds a bit like the type of logic paradox you'd feed a computer to make it understand the futility of nuclear war.

@mediamogul I’m sorry, if I try to launch any other file it just launches that one bin file. Example: I have a defenders.bin even if I try to launch a Star Raiders.atr it will always launch the Defenders.bin and it is like so for any other game, always launching the Defenders.bin
