N64 emulator not recognizing SN30 pro bluetooth controller

The SN30 pro bluetooth controller works with everything except when i launch a N64 game. then it stops working. im guessing it has something to do with N64 autoinputcfg files etc. but im still learning how all this cfg files work together.

Any advise on how to config it properly.
