      Hello,
Im new here and new with RPi 3 B+...
How to make so I would have Retropie with other OS?
I don't know what OS, I would love to have Retropie and some Win-like / Linus-like OS as the second one.
      Thanks!
PS: I tried searching for it, but I didnt find solution for the choppy YouTube videos :-/
      Thanks once again :-)

You can install Rasbian as package from the setup menu.

Or, if you want multiple Operating Systems, I suggest using PINN.

Retropie is Linux, it's built on top of Raspbian Lite. You can install the desktop part from th Retropie script itself and then start it from Emulationstation like another game.
For multi- boot options, check-out Berryboot. Windows on the Pi is not the same as regular Windows, it'a very berebone command line experience, so YMMV.

There are plenty of hints using Google. You can easily find packs and more using Google

Technically BIOS and ROMs are copyright, even more consoles that are over 30 years old like Atari 2600, so posting links is not good
