      Hi.
I'm looking for a reputable seller of the Pi, that can offer the following for sale:

      • Raspberry Pi 3
      • RetroPie installation on the microSD Card (preferably a fresh install with all cores, and no games included since I have a USB drive with games)
      • The AC adaptor
      • (Optionally) A shell for the system

I'm looking at about £40-£60's worth to charge. I'll probably be ordering in 2-4 weeks' time, depending on cost and such, and I don't own a PC so the RetroPie clean installation is pretty much the essential part. Sure there's people selling on eBay but...

I'm not sure if this kinda thread is allowed, and I'm not looking for personal requests for it or such btw, more or less looking for any sellers that do this on any platforms.

      Thanks!

(also lol type "buy" in the tags, spambot alert)

Please read the rules, selling systems with RetroPie is against the projects's licence. You want to have a RetroPie system, then get the necessary hardware and then follow the Docs. There is no 'reputable' seller.

EDIT: As another forum poster kindly noticed in How to use RetroPie without a PC, you can get a pre-installed Raspbian SD card and then follow the manual installation steps for RetroPie, detailed in the Docs.

There was a blocked thread posted just now that caught my eye. I won’t discuss it, but it bought up the question of how to get Retropie into a raspberry pi if you don’t have a pc or Mac to burn a Retropie image into an SD card.

A correct way to do it, without violating the Retropie rules would be to buy an SD card pre-installed with Raspbian, which you can find a link to on
          www.raspberrypi.org/learning/software-guide/QuickStart

Once you have a Pi up and running with that, RetroPie can be installed on top of Raspbian from the instructions given on the RetroPie site.

A keyboard and a mouse would be needed, but not a pc.

That also applies if you have a computer, but no card reader.

This got me thinking if you could possibly use your smartphone to do that - it seems there's already an app for that https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.redrobe.raspicardimager (from https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=170856).
I wonder if one can use the Phone to also transfer ROMs.
