PS1 - Medal Of Honor UnderGround - can not change controller config

MOH_UNDERGROUND's issue:
i try to change the inGame controller config to the configNumber 4.
it accept my change, but wehn i start a new game it use the same default configSetting.
i doubt can be some kind of problem with my retrocontroller configuration, i am shure using an "!Extreem ps1 usb controller 90300", it is setted up as explained on the official guide...
wy the game, evry time i start a game, it force change my gameOptions settings to the default controllerConfig ?
please help me, default inGame config is really bad...
i would like to use config 4, but i cant...

@smokingman you might have to enable an analog controller in the tetrarch options. Lr-pcsx defaults to a standard controller without analog by default. Which is good, cause many early ps1 games don't work in analog mode.

how to to enable an analog controller in the tetrarch options ? XD
-> select+y in order to open the retroarch menu.... and then wath ? :-)
... and how to reput the emulator in default mode after played with medal of honor ? (or it will do it authomatically launching another Rom ?)
