Steam link. Cant find python 3 dev package.

Hello all. I am getting an error while trying to install steam link. it says its unable to locate the python3-dev matchbox package. Any idea on how to fix this?

Specs
Raspberry pi model 3
Power supply: Samsung phone charger
Built from standard image from retropie website
USB gamepad connected TTXtech controller

I found the solution. I connected a keyboard and jit CNTRL + F4 to get a terminal. Then I entered the command:

sudo dkpg --configure -a
sudo apt-get update

Then i returned to the steamlink install screen and it worked.
