      Hopefully someone can help. I had everything running perfectly. I just got a 1tb hard drive and used the guide at
      https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/wiki/Running-ROMs-from-a-USB-drive

      After I rebooted now my splash videos loads, then the emulation station pic loads then it errors out

      Here is the error.

      I am new to this please help.

            @Dthruking My guess is that your HDD is slow to mount (being large), so the contents are not available for Emulationstation immediately after boot. If you run emulationstation manually - at the screen which you just posted -, does it work ? Just type emulationstation and press enter.

              No something messed up as none of my keyboards worked either. I restarted from scratch. New image on and card and am setting up the usb load prior to adding my game collection
