Setting default Kickstart ROM in Amiberry...

Hello!
So I have had my Retropie set up for a little while now, all running nicely (4.4) with Emulationstation. Everything runs just fine except for one thing. I have Amiberry installed with all the Kickstart ROMs (1.2, 1.3, 2.0 and 3.1) and I find with LHA files with WHDload that using the 3.1 ROM is the most compatible version. However whenever I start a game with any config I might set up Amiberry always defaults to the 1.3 ROM which results in the black screen. If I then go into the config screen, change the ROM to 3.1 and soft reset the emulator the game then loads as normal. I just cannot get the emulator to load up with 3.1 as the default ROM without having to delete the 1.3 ROM file altogether.
Can anyone assist me with why it is doing this, and and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Bear with me though, I am not any expert at programming or altering configs and the like!

Have you got legit ROM files like from Amiga forever and include the rom.key file as well.
Also check your kickstart rom oath matches where your rims are and do a re-scan for Roms
