Newbee here I just converted a Arcade 1 UP PacMan cabinet to a retropie and when it boots up the display is showing everything side ways. I am guessing the monitor is mounted in portrait mode. The monitor is the stock 17" that came with the 1up console and I bought a conversion LCD board so it has an HDMI input. The monitor works perfect just sideways and needs to be vertical is there a setting I need to change in retro pi to get the screen rotated or did I do something wrong on the configuration of the retropie load..

@Electron there is a rotation screen parameter you can add to /boot/config.txt, but it adds some extra processing to the GPU and had a performance impact. Try it out and see how it works.
