[solved] screenscraper.fr site not available anymore?

What happened to https://screenscraper.fr/? I can't open the website, even with an exception in Firefox; it is just blank. I tried different browser, as my Firefox have some security settings enabled and extensions installed. Same result. Can you open the site and does the scraping with this source work?

Firefox does not trust the site, because the certification apply only for .screenscraper.fr with this error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN.

@thelostsoul It's www.screenscraper.fr now, they switched their SSL certificates (for https) sometime in April (?) and the new certificate doesn't cover the short domain.

@mitu Oh, I missed that! Thanks that explains a lot and with www. in front it works now. I almost thought the site gets closed and their certification expired or something like that. Does it have any impact on the scraper in RetroPie or any other scraper?

Well, it did - at least for the internal ES scraper. For other scrapers, I don't think so, otherwise I image it would have been reported.
