        I think OP wants a little more help than that guide provides. I've had some dealings with daphne myself recently and I get the impression that getting the video files (legitimately) needs the daphne loader, which doesn't run on RP.

          @insx Maybe, but with the little information @Gridmstr75 gave us, we can only speculate.

          @Gridmstr75 If you still need help, please give us the information asked for in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first and more details about your problems with Daphne.

            @Gridmstr75 Hi there,

            What game(s) are you trying to install for Daphne on Retropie?

            You mentioned you purchased a DVD, I'm assuming it's for a game you want to use with Daphne?

            I've got Daphne setup on my Retropie so I'm happy to advise but first could you give us a bit more information.

              @rogerdodger One of the best DVDs for using with Daphne would be the 25th Anniversary DVD with Dragon's Lair 1+2 and Space Ace. It's one of the DVDs that are recognized by the Daphne Loader.

                @Clyde The definitive way is to use the bluray rips. Someone converted them for daphne. Unfortunately, it's not legal to be more specific.

                  Yeah, I couldn't find the anniversary disk so I bought each game of the trilogy separately.

                        @rogerdodger I was lucky to find the 25th A. DVD it for only 4€ on the German eBay. At first, I thought that it had to be a fake, but for that price it was worth the risk, and it turned out to be genuine. 😵 😂

                        @insx Maybe check out eBay or other usual suspects on a regular basis?
