I'm using an N64 replica controller made by a company named Cirka. While the Raspberry Pi recognizes the controller, I can't get it to remember my controller settings. Even when I edit the /opt/retropie/configs/n64/InputAutoCfg.ini file, mupen64plus won't use my controller settings. Specifically, the L-shoulder button is switched for the A button, and the Z button is switched for the B button. I've also tried editing the /opt/retropie/configs/n64/mupen64plus.cfg file. But that didn't work. All of the other buttons work, though.

      Other information:

      • Raspberry Pi 3
      • Using binary release
      • Version of RetroPie: 4.0-rc1
      • Pastebin for InputAutoCfg.ini (controller entry at the very bottom)
      • Pastebin for mupen64plus.cfg (The entry for my controller is marked "Generic USB Joystick ")
      • RetroPie is configured for XBox 360 userspace drivers, but 360 controllers are not used, nor hooked up.
      • Output from lsusb: Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0079:0002 DragonRise Inc.
        • Btw, I have seen an entry in the "InputAutoCfg.ini" for a "DragonRise Inc." controller. But editing that doesn't change the problem.
