    [Theme] SegaCD Mini (Updated to Version 2.0)

      I've been working on a project for the last couple weeks with the Sega Mega CD Tower of Power addon for the Genesis Mini. I added a Pi3A inside the MegaCD shell, and added LEDs for the "Ready" and "Access" on the front panel so it works just like the OG SegaCD.

      Here is the build in action:

      Then I decided to create a theme based on the Genesis Mini UI for Emulationstation, and wrote some original music to use as BGM.

      !!---Be sure to read through the readme.txt fully as due to the way the grid view works in ES, you will need to reduce your boxart size, or you marun into memory errors.---!!

      Changelog - v 2.0 -

      • Added support for Detailed, and Video view types

      • Added Sega Arcade Classics

      • Added Mega-CD (Japan)

      • Added Sega Genesis Mini Playlist support

      • Redesigned system and settings menu

      • Redesigned Game Gear section

      • Cleaned up several graphical assets

      • Further optimized the XML

      • Added custom navigation helper icons

      • Full support for Favorites, Last Played, and All Games auto playlists

      • Change these settings for the optimal experience

        • UI Settings > Carousel Transitions > Off
        • On Screen Help > Off

      • Posters will show in the Detailed view

      • Screenshots will show in the Video view if you have them scraped as <marquee>

      Below is an addon pack to help get you started, but your roms will need to have the same names as mine. Included is box arts, screenshots, videos, gamelist.xmls, and a custom es_systems.cfg.

              This looks awesome, this may not be what you're looking to do... But it would be great to see this theme devlop and also cover other non sega systems.

                @Jste84 I may add support for some non Sega based system later on, but it will be after I add support for basic, detailed, and video view types.

                              Yes, the controls at the botom are just based on the Genesis 6 button to fit the theme.

                                      @HurricaneFan as soon as I can finish creating all the assets for all the systems. I'm averaging about 1 a day, and I've got 2-3 more consoles to go, then I'm going to add support for more handhelds. Then at that point I need to do some cleaning up to the XML. Probably looking at a couple weeks. So...Christmas-ish

                                            Looking good! If retroflag comes out with a Genesis case for the pi 4 I'm definitely going to be using this theme. Do you plan to support most of the systems or just the main ones? No pressure, just curious. :)
