Tried to play N2O on the pcsx emulator on my rpi 3, the audio sounds like static. Anyone have any success with the music playback on this title? If so, what settings did you use for this game?

@152adam I just tried it on my 3B+ and didn't notice any audio problems in the opening or the first level. I'm using bin/cue format for all my PSX games. I haven't done any tweaks to settings for anything apart from my controller reconfig.

@simpleethat Mine is in .chd, I wonder if that is a factor. I'll try it in bin/cue and see how that goes.

@152adam do any other games have the same problem for you?

@simpleethat None I've seen, but N2O is the only one I can think of that actually uses cd audio tracks. Maybe Grand Turismo does too but its been so long since I've played that one and don't have the disc anymore. I'm gonna try N2O in bin/cue or iso format tomorrow and see how it goes. Getting late here.

@152adam Just tried it in bin/cue format and the soundtrack is working now. So it seems likely the .chd format is the source of the issue with the cd audio. Wonder if anyone else has noticed this problem.
