      First time retropie user. I bought a pi 4+ and installed raspbian followed by retropie.

      I have two joysticks from my mame cabinet plugged in to it.. when I first launch retropie it see's them both under USB slot 0 and 1.

      Retropie asks me to hold A button down to config input. I hold down A on joystick 1 (left side) and then follow all the inputs on screen with the left joystick. Once completed, it works great.

      However in any game I play, the right side ( joystick 2) is registered as player 1. Which is weird because I never configured that side.

      When I play two player games, it works great, but player 1 is right side and player 2 is left side.

      Is there a way to swap this easily?
      I'm a newbie with raspbian and retropie.

        @Rookerman

        Swap the controller ports on the actual pie.
