I just re-imaged my SD card due to some issues I was having and now realize that all my PSP saves are gone. My ROMS are stored on my USB flash drive as well as save data. But apparently PPSSPP stores saves in opt/retropie/configs/psp/PSP/SAVEDATA while lr-ppsspp stores saves in the ROM directory. Dreamcast also stores saves in the config directory but I was aware of that one and backed-up them up. Is there anyway to change the default save location for emulators? Why do some emulators use the config directory for saving?
