Just tried downloading and it's just sitting at 0% - is there an issue?

PSU: LABISTS 5.1V 3A
SD: SanDisk Extreme 32 GB for OS
USB: 2.0 - Wired keyboard / Plugable Bluetooth 4.0 adapter, 3.0 - Crucial MX300 275GB SSD in Novatech caddy for ROMS
Controllers: 8bitdo SN30 Pro+ / 8bitdo SFC30
RetroPie: 4.6 official
