@mitu The latest on says "rps_2020-04-07_193018.log.gz". I put it into the pastebin link. What should I do now?
-
@MarcuFinx76 Provide the link here in the topic to see the error ?
-
@mitu https://pastebin.com/e1X2CAtb Is this what you mean?
-
@MarcuFinx76 Almost. We're interested in the contents of the file, not the name. Unpack-it (install 7Zip if you don't have it installed), open it in a text editor (line Notepad) and paste the contents of the file.
-
@mitu The log has to be put through 7zip to be opened? I have yet to open the log on my MacBook, but I do have a picture of the log opened on the RetroPie setup itself if that also works

I don't think that's what we need. Copy the log file over to your mac/PC and unpack it first.
-
@mitu Can you please walk me through how to do that because I have no idea where to start with that
-
You don't know how to unpack the file or how to transfer it ? How are you accessing your PI ?
EDIT: at this stage, I think it would be faster (and maybe easier) to backup your ROMs and re-install using the latest image.
-
I connected the Mac to the Pi over the network both are connected to. All I see are roms, bios, configs and splashscreens. In terms of importing the logs is where I'm having trouble
-
You'll need to enable SSH on your PI and use an utility like CyberDuck or FileZilla to be able to download the log file to your mac, then unpack the log and upload its contents to pastebin.com.
