Looks lovely matey. Might combine your game list with my front screen...lol

As for skraper I used that as well to scrape my games. I registered so i was able to get 20k scrapes per 24 hours. Took about a week for mine. I scraped 3d box art, game image with game logo and box art combined and marquee.

correction...I scraped images, marquee and videos.

I would have to re scrape my games for this to work for me....oh hum no great shakes there.

Thankfully I still have my old 3d scraped images somewhere.

@CCFox Do you combine the images in the theme file or in skraper? I don't like that I am creating a very large graphic file for each game in skraper. I would prefer to just create a separate file for the screenshot, wheel and 3dbox art and combine them in the theme file. But I dont know how to add images, 3dbox art and wheels in the theme file. I only know you can add a md_image and md_video.

@CCFox Just to clarify. I have created my own xml file for skraper to use to combine the images as I want into one png file.

When I scraped I chose the screen shot with the game image, box art and wheel combined as one image. each image is a .png file and averages around 100-300k per file depending on the system. Atari image's are smaller than megadrive for instance (whether is something to do with the amount of colours I don't know)

I don't know how big the 3 separate files added together would be but I don't think the difference would be that much.

Also I am struggling to understand about the 3 images at once on the screen. It looks like you have. Or is that what you mean when you say about the xml file in your second post.

              Hope I'm making sense..

@CCFox I have created my own custom user provided mix file to skraper. This puts the objects I want in the exact location I want. I think this is probably the best way to do this. The files are only a bit larger that your files. However it does eliminate the possibility of having video, but I think I already decided I dont want video in my theme.

Right....Didn't know you could do that with skraper.

Bit of a shame about not having videos but looking at the theme I can see why.

                      Evening All

I have now finished my adjusted hybrid NoSoEpicNoir-Chiculeo theme. I went a little further than originally planned and decided to combine both themes together using both posters hence giving you the choice of posters used. All you do is choose a desired theme and then copy over the corresponding theme file supplied. There are six variations of the theme. The first three theme files give the following screens:

                      Sample screenshots below:

Adjusted system screens with chiculeo posters:
                      Theme 1a front.jpg
                      Theme 1b front.jpg

Now a choice of 3 different game list screens:

                      1 ArrowTheme 1A.jpg

                      2 Arrows
                      Theme 2A.jpg

                      No Arrows
                      Theme NA.jpg

The second three variations offer the same three game list screens but with NoSoEpicNoir posters

Adjusted system screens with NoSoEpicNoir posters:

                      Theme 2a front.jpg
                      Theme 2b front.jpg

As the chiculeo theme was a work in progress and NoSoEpicNoir was further along I was limited to the systems I could create. The following systems are therefore supported:

                      3DO
                      Amiga
                      Amstrad CPC

                      Wonder Swan Colour

One slight problem with the theme and that is I was unable to stop the marquee art appearing briefly on first loading of the game screen. It only does this once (on mine anyway).

I am happy to share this theme as long as I don't tread upon anybody's toes. As I have previously stated this is an adjustment NOT a re-write and credit should always go to the original authors for their outstanding work.

And personal thanks for help and ideas directly and indirectly:

                      And anybody I have missed.....

Just got to now work out how to use GitHub...……

                      Kind Regards As Always
