Final Fantasy Tactics PSX - Text issues

Hi,

I am one of the owners of a GPi Case. I got as base image Super Retropie Rev. E (found it working with the unit). The unit is based on a Raspberry Pi Zero.

It is running:
Retropie 4.5.1
Commit: 8f241cca1de3838f89d3bd4438b429e91034d5de

The emulator that gets started is PCSX-ReARMed.
However when I start Final Fantasy Tactics on the PSX emulator I get jagged text boxes. I am getting exactly the same issue as this device: https://i.redd.it/151sfmpxfu941.jpg

However, I can't find the exact solution how it got solved. Anyone any ideas or encountered this issue as well?
I tried changing resolution, changing the advanced settings of each plugin but nothing solves it.
