rp4 with an official power supply running version 4.6.1 for the rp using generic android game pads last updated two days ago

Ive notice if you change the default emulator for a rom it won't let you change it back.
I've tried removing emulator of choice for rom.
      Deleting both emulators and reinstalling
deleting the config file for the system in config/saturn (for example) and reinstalling the emulator

is their another location for this config I'm missing

I've noticed his happening on dreamcast, psp nd saturn emulators haven't tried others the was just some systems I was testing various emulators per game and found once chosen its locked

The association is saved in /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulators.cfg. For this kind of problems, it's usually an error with either the permissions on this file or the file gets corrupted and cannot be correctly read.

              Deleting the file at
              /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulators.cfg
Put the ROMs back to the default emulators
