      Here is a link to game-list/compatibility list https://gyazo.com/c555019ebca7682a0119b62e9548f7ca , How do I know which file I xfer over to Pie since there is so many ???

        @awsd12 generally, the one with nothing in the 'parent' column. that means it is the parent rom and can be run without any of the clones present.

        you should also transfer pgm.zip and neogeo.zip (important bios files)

            Hey If I copy over all the parents and clone roms will I have duplicate same roms ?

              @awsd12 yeah basically each zip file would be a separate game in the list. so normally you're fine to just transfer the parent as it is normally the main English version of the game.

                OK that was the question I had, If i xfer the parent file would it be english ?, Man i hvae go through 8,000 files then ehhh

                  so should i xfer just the parent or the clones aswell ?, ive notive some arent are (j) and clones are (usa) ? maybe I am wrong

                      thank you, I placed psx roms into psx file without the bios in the file but its not working trying to get tekken 3, and I also downladoaded cavestory and placed the files in ...port/Cavestory but ti not working ?

                          hey i came across one of your threads on petrock about only having parent roms and was wondering if you had made a dat.file for FBa 0.2.97.38 ? , so only parent roms remained ?, I don't want a list of 4,000 but some clones are used to play 4 player and its just screwing me over since some don't have game art , so i am trying to just get parent roms soley and then have them with game art.

                            no sorry. i use mame2003 (mame 0.78 set) for everything apart from neogeo and CPS3 games, pretty much.

                              In your mame 2003 reference set, 0.78 how many roms did you have ?
