Low fps Psx

Sorry for my English.
I have an old notebook with cpu amd c 60 and gpu radeon hd 6290. And when i play in ps1 games i have 7-8 fps. Even in very low perfomance game. That's normal? -

From what you say so far, I presume you're running a Linux build (Ubuntu) of Retropie?

@markyh444 Yes, I used the official retropie look. Installed on Linix (Lubuntu)

@aillerk What emulator are you using for PS1 games ? Is the slowdown present for all games or only for PS1 ?

@mitu psx only. I tested other consoles and everything is fine there. I used the lr-pcsx_rearmed emulator

@aillerk On x86, the recommended emulator is
lr-beetle-psx, can you give it a try ? -
