Neo Geo X Arcade Stick
-
Hi guys, first to all let me thank you this amazing system you made to play our games on the Pi. I tested It to play Neo Geo games on mi Model 1 B+ and find that the performance was pretty good even on 700Mhz (other times when I tested It, just sucked).
But I having one big problem. Even if my Neo Geo X Arcade Stick is recognized no matter what config I do on it. The ABCD Buttons are always wrong and select/start are not working properly. My Pi is obssesed with a keyboard. Even if I reinstall everything from zero, an controller configured as first and only gamepad, a keyboard is needed to set credits with TAB and start the game.
In game then, ABCD are always wrong, start and select wont work but the lever is okay,
Any solution?
I tried to add manually the rule by myself with command line as I saw in the forum but it didn't work for me.
Thank you
PD: Sorry for my poor english.

Please add more info about your system, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
What emulator are you using ? -
I haven't got a link Im afraid but I think ETAPrime did a tutorial on Youtube for this stick, might be worth searching for...

@chubsta did you follow the link mitu gave you?
"more info about your system" does not mean "more info about the stick", we all know that NeoGeoX-Stick.
You should give more details about your Raspberry Pi and you retropie-installation!Also the question "what emulator are you using?" seems to be pretty clear.
"There is a YouTube Video the ETA-Dude hosted" is no answer to this question imo. -

I guess you are talking about my old post at https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/6276/neogeo-x-arcade-stick?_=1594207506251 , did you ascertain your stick is recognized as "TOMMO NEOGEOX Arcade Stick" ? You tried running dmesg ?

@sirhenrythe5th I think mentioning a very good video that ETAPrime did was quite a helpful hint myself as whilst waiting for someone to answer the query here the OP may have been able to easily find what he was looking for elsewhere if pointed in the right direction...
