      Wow. Talk about assumptions. I would have sworn I was using the Pi 3. Thanks for the heads up!

            Doesn't seem to be anything Wi-Fi related (Bluetooth included). Maybe they're blocked ? Can you run

            sudo rfkill list all
            

            and post the output ? Does it detect any Wifi interfaces ?
            Did you disable the Wifi/Bt via config.txt on your Pi ?

              @mitu I get no output from chat command. Havent changed anything in config.txt

              With iwconfig I get :

              lo no wireless extensions.

              Enxb827ebb5a2ad no wireless extensions.

                @undrwater Something is going on i need some type of help anyone.
                I di all the steps to install retropie and then i downloaded all roms to usb plugged it in the raspberry pi 3 and when i go to restart emulation it tells me that “if this is the first time rebooting then i got something wrong?
                I deleted all and re installed all same steps same outcome.
                Right now at this moment i tried to change some audio it let me but as it went back to the main screen it froze ?
                Any answers thank y

                      It's most likely a hardware failure.
                      Just to be sure there's nothing disabled, post your config.txt.

                          The config.txt is ok - Wi-Fi is not disabled, so I'm afraid it might be a hardware problem.
