@markyh444 Yes also of a fresh install. So that's what I'm afraid for that's it's hardware related. Although I don't understand why this was in the past also but back then I got it working again temporary ...

Can you run dmesg, taken after a cold boot, and post it on pastebin.com ?

@Reignman Save it on the boot partition.

            dmesg | sudo tee /boot/dmesg.txt

Then take the sdcard out of the Pi and read the file from your PC.

I'm running into the same issue. Here's a dmesg from fresh boot.

                dmesg

@undrwater Please don't hijack a topic - start a new topic. You're running a Raspberry Pi2 - which doesn't have built in wifi btw. So you need a dongle.

Wow. Talk about assumptions. I would have sworn I was using the Pi 3. Thanks for the heads up!

Doesn't seem to be anything Wi-Fi related (Bluetooth included). Maybe they're blocked ? Can you run

                          sudo rfkill list all

and post the output ? Does it detect any Wifi interfaces ?
Did you disable the Wifi/Bt via config.txt on your Pi ?

It's most likely a hardware failure.
Just to be sure there's nothing disabled, post your config.txt.

The config.txt is ok - Wi-Fi is not disabled, so I'm afraid it might be a hardware problem.
