Hi, I have a few people who want to buy my version of an arcade machine i built that have retro pie installed, i understand some of it is not legal to sell, but can you suggest a way how i can install everything or the parts thats legal to use within Canada, and hand the rest on a USB ...or something similar, i hope there is a way i can do this legitimately so i can easily sell online.

Sell it without RetroPie pre-installed (and provide instructions / link to our site for download)

Please don't sell a legal arcade machine then just give your customers ROMs because you're a great helpful guy. That's still copyright infringement, is harmful for RetroPie to be associated with, and the setup script explicitly asks you not to do this.
