how do I get chromium to launch in es

okay first things first
I'm working on a retropie mod retrostream
it's a mod I'm working on that allows you to access software on the internet archive website they have a large library of software ms-dos and arcade machines up for streaming I need help making the sh script to launch chromium and to the internet archive website I've already made the .sh but I can't get it to work except when I'm in the pixel desktop the sh script says the following
python -m webbrowserURL
am new to retropie and Sh Scripts please help -
