no video snaps in ES

Hi everybody.
Does anyone have an idea why my game video snaps work in attract mode but not in EmulationStation? I really need my snaps

Please add some info about your system, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
What format are your videos and how did you get them (scraper/download/other) ? EmulationStation doesn't automatically detect videos/images if copy them next to your ROMs, the videos need to be associated to the ROMs/games in the system's gamelist file. Usually a scraper does that automatically, but if you copied them manually and expect to show up in EmulationStation, that won't work.
