Anyone try to use Screenscraper lately? I think their server kicked the bucket.

They have more than 1 system, but they've been having issues since last week - they're working on it.

Hi @everyone !
We're currently running an experiment with how our servers are handling your API / website requests. Previously, a server was handling both redirections and processing of API requests. Following the acquisition of a brand new server and the added stability of a third server on our MySQL cluster, we're now taking our systems to a brand new level, with a specialized system for load balancing. It will allow for faster response times and more stable response latency in general.
The deployment of this new system has currently started, but it won't affect your current scraps, but only the next one. For new users, the difference should not be noticeable at all.

We are currently aware of an issue preventing the database to be reached, and causing 504 errors when scraping. Please wait while we fix this issue. We'll keep you updated in this channel.

We are still having issues with our servers, as one of our database has encountered unrecoverable errors. You can expect a downtime for at least a how hours from this announcement as we try to restore & put everything back up. We'll keep you updated on the evolution of the incident.

Hi everyone !
The incident is still not resolved yet, and we are working to repair it as soon as possible. Until then, the server is working with limited capacity, and the api is disabled until we restore the servers to a fully working state.

As said multiple times in #💬général and #💬english, we don't have an ETA.We have lost a server, and have to reinstall it to start it back on. As this is a lengthy step, and depends on my availability (I'm like anyone else on the team a volunteer).
We'll keep you updated as usual on here and in our socials.

Hi everyone !
After a pretty long downtime (we're sorry about that), the screenscraper servers are finally back on ! To prevent our servers to melt down due to the massive influx of requests, they are running with a limited number of concurrent requests, so you may experience latency problems as the queue grows up.
We wanted to thank everyone with your kind messages sent on our discord server, and happy scrapping !
