can't find Steven Selph's Scraper and with Lars Muldjord's Skyscraper no video

after the latest 4.7 update I can't find Steven Selph's Scraper anymore.
Was it eliminated by retropie?
So I tried Lars Muldjord's Skyscraper and I have to say it works great !!
But there is a problem, I download everything (arcade example using acadedb) but when I go to the games it shows me the screenshots but not the videos.
I checked in ftp and there is everything and also in the gamelist.xml file everything is right but the videos are not seen.

No, it's still included, it's in the same section as Skyscraper (optional).

If the video tags are populated in the gamelist.xml, then make sure EmulationStation's Gamelist View Style is set to either 'automatic' or 'video'. By default it's set to 'automatic', which should show the videos, if the theme supports it.

@stefano-sudati Don't modify the default script, it's managed by the RetroPie-Setup script and you'll encounter update issues later. If you wish to add an user/pass, I suggest you run the scraper from the command line.

Or use Skyscraper, since it has a nice configuration file and it's still updated/supported by the author.

yes i am using skyscraper but it has video problems.
Reading the forums I saw that the videos need to be converted to make them work but I still don't understand how.

No, it doesn't. Videos are scraped fine by Skyscraper.

Only certain videos - arcades - , which are incompatible with the Pi's MPEG4 hardware decoder. Nothing to do with the scraper.

There are at least two scripts to convert incompatible videos:

mine (simple, but does its job)
hiulit's (has more options)
