      I tested,
if remove bios from /config/dreamcast/data 'start reicast' can be run but when press dreamcast bios , say : bios not found
I think this issue related to reicast when load bios.
Although I can't understand glGetError 0x500 and solve it

@tinkerbell1268 If I try to run a similar file, I get:

          ...
          Loaded /home/pi/.reicast/data/dc_nvmem.bin as nvram

          chd: chd_open failed for file /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/dreamcast/sonic/Sonic Adventure v1.003 (1999)(Sega)(PAL)(M5)[!].gdi: 6
gdrom: Failed to open image "/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/dreamcast/sonic/Sonic Adventure v1.003 (1999)(Sega)(PAL)(M5)[!].gdi"

which seems to indicate it's a bad disc dump or Reicast doesn't know how to load it.
Do you have another game to try ?
