I updated my Pi 4 with Retropie on January 11th, 2020. All games worked fine except TonyHawk Pro Skater for Ps1 that didn't work. I had a black picture and only sound. When I updated the Pi, Tony Hawk suddenly worked, including the controls. Then I tried Teeken 2 and all of a sudden it didn't work anymore. At first the control did not work. I tried everything in the Retroarchconfigs. I set Pad 1 but nothing worked. And now the game does not load anymore because I deleted it and reinstalled it. How can I reset the Pi to the old version one? Or what am I doing wrong?

It might be that the eboot is designed to work on the PSP rather than via a PS1 emulator. I had a similar issue with a different game and that was the problem I had.

As I understand it, that kind of eboot can only be played on a real physical PSP they are not designed to be emulated. I’m not saying that that is definitely the type of rom you have, but it was the problem I had. See if you can find a bin cue version of the rom and see if that works.

Ok , thx . But i think is easier to delete the sd card and install the 4.6 version at Retropie. Because it works fine before . Or how is the command to downgrade the pi ?

I think I may have misunderstood your post. I didn’t realise it was working before. I thought you meant you had installed a new version of the rom. If it worked before it should work now.

You can find old versions of Retropie here - https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/releases

To be honest, I would try a different version of the rom and see if that works rather than downgrading Retropie.
