so i have been using the lrppsspp emulator and originally it worked flawlessly. But then, i booted up Little big planet and changed something in the retroarch configs, (i’m not sure what it was but i think it was changing the render res) and suddenly it crashed on me. I tried opening it again but it kept crashing right when the game started booting up. I tried another game,(need for speed most wanted) it didn’t work either. But somehow, with gta liberty city stories, i could get it to finish the launch intro(not the menu)without crashing. (Then it would crash)
      Things I tried:

      -Reinstalling lr-ppsspp
      -removing PPSSPP from the bios
      -Reinstall the games

      They all didn’t work.
      Any help would be appreciated.

Please add more info about your setup, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

To diagnose the issue, we'd need a log from the emulator - see here how to enable and get a detailed log. Once you have the log file, post it on pastebin.com and post the link to it.

              1. Don't run RetroPie from the desktop, is not a supported configuration on the Pi.
              2. Your BIOS folder is empty
[WARN] SYSTEM DIR is empty, assume CONTENT DIR /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/psp/Grand Theft Auto - Liberty City Stories.iso

Did you use 'Reset Configuration' from RetroArch's RGUI ?

To get the RetroPie configuration for RetroArch, remove the \\retropie\configs\ppsppp\retroarch.cfg file, then re-install the lr-ppsspp emulator.
Also, as I said, don't run RetroPie from a desktop session, it's not supported.

@popegg235 You can use the Finder. Use 'Go -> Connect to Server' menu, write smb://retropie and hit connect. Use Guest as user, then you can choose the configs folder - this is where the \\retropie\configs folder is located.
How did you transfer your ROMs to RetroPie, didn't you use File Shares ?

That's not the log file, it looks like a configuration file. I think you've copied the wrong from the /dev/shm folder.

No, this looks like a log from starting the desktop. Remember to copy the log file just after you've started the game (and it failed), if you start something else after the game, the log will be overwritten.
