Mame game doesnt work and how do I download game pictures and cheats?

Just got the rasberry pie 3 model b and I installed retropie.
- How to make Mame game (Wrestlfest or others) work? I downloaded the game and put it in the mame4all roms and it appears but when I press it it wont run and get back to the mame gamelist.
- How do I download game covers and screenshots to game list of each system(Snes gba etc.)?
- How do I download cheats to the games and how do I activate them?
4.The memory card size is 32GB but when I installed the image the size is 56Mb. Is thatn normal? - How to make the games be full screen?

MAME roms are version dependent. You must use roms from the 0.37b5 romset with Mame4All. Mame2003 (recommended) uses the 0.78 romset. AdvMame uses two romsets, depending on which version you have installed. FBA-next (recommended) uses a very recent romset 0.173.

Use a scraper (there's one built in to Emulation Station, just push the option/select button). Or you can use a command-line scraper like Selph's.

Cheats, like roms, are version dependent. You need to activate cheats in the all-systems .cfg file, and you need a cheat file that is compatible with your version of MAME, and you need to put it in the right place (which also depends on which version of MAME you're using). This question has been addressed before. Search for "cheats" here on the help forum.

Thanks to you two. Can you tell me how to install mame2003?
And I used the scraper but some games it didnt find. How can I add covers to the games the scraper didnt find?
Please help me this is my first day with retropie. -

@Yefet I recommend watching some of the YouTube videos on getting started with RetroPie. It might answer a lot of your questions.
Mame2003 is one of the main packages, and is installed already in a default installation. Roms go in the mame-libretto folder.
Which scraper did you use? My recommendation is to use Selphy first, then the Emulation Station one to fill gaps. The Emulation Station scraper is limited by the rules TheGames.db puts on website searches. Words 3 letters or less are ignored (making games like NBA Jam impossible to scrape), and many common words are ignored as well. If you cannot scrape a game at all, you must edit the gamelist XML manually, adding your own description and a path to your own downloaded artwork.

The game works thank you. But I cant configure the buttons. When I press left it wirtes up. Right down. What am I doing wrong? How do I configure mame keys? I use xbox 360 controller.

At this point you really need to start using the search feature. These questions are very basic setup ones.
Last freebie: Use TAB key to access Mame controller configuration. Yes, you should have a keyboard handy when configuring Mame.
