Performance and .SAVE files
-
How is the performance of Psp, Ps1, Dreamcast, N64 on a pi 4 2gb model? another thing. I used to play OOT on an online emulator. I could download and re-upload the save file from it so I can play later. But how do I get that save in retropie? Btw its the N64 version of OOT. The save file is called
the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time (1).save
on the right side where it says the kind of file it is. It says SAVE file. -

Sorry I didn't know.

@omission229 PS1 and Dreamcast are excellent on the Pi 4, some games run slow but are few and far between and redream now offers compatibility with PS1 Windows CE games. PSP is also very solid, but some games run better than others and a few run very poorly, ie. Kill zone or Resistance. There is some tweaking involved in getting the best experience.
Nintendo 64 can run extremely well but there's a fair bit of work involved, see the N64 thread in General discussion to get the best experience. -
Nice. With the android version of ppsspp from google play store, spiderman 3 crash's after the tutorial mission. When I use the pi and ppsspp on it, will it be fixed?

@omission229 I don't know, probably not. That's assuming that the game runs well, which I'm not sure of.

Also do you know anything about the saves?

@omission229 No, sorry, otherwise I would have said so.
