    Hello
    I use retropie v4.7.1 on raspberry pi 4 connected through the composite to crt, Muppen 64 plus next.

    I have a problem with a "shaking screen" image in more n64 games. ( not at all but in many)
    I have saw those games at youtube, but rb pi was connected through hdmi there , and they runs pretty well, so i suppose that deal in composite
    The effect of shaking that i got not constant from rom launching, it's appear when camera in game began changing position of view.
    For example - 007 goldeneye - if move just only front forward - all fine, but if began turn left\right the picture on the screen begins shaking.
    Or any racing games - if car ride forward only and don't move - all fine, but if press left\right and began turning - position of view begins changed, background layer becames rotates and i've got "shaking images"

    it is sad that this effect is observed in most games with moving camera....

    But if i switch default emulator from muppen64 next to old muppen64 , this shaking effect disappears and the game begin playable...

    So maybe muppen64plus next have a some option tweak that i dont know, that allowed turning "shake effect" off?

          @iga
          [INFO] [Menu]: Found menu display driver: "gl".

          this isn't standard retropie but nothing to be concerned with i suppose.

          it sounds like you might have a tearing issue? have you tried pure kms mode? https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/25370/good-news-regarding-tearing-and-low-emulationstation-performance-on-pi-4

          that said, i have no idea about CRT via composite. maybe someone else will chime in...
