Hello
I am having the same problem.
Whe I download the updated image, 4.0.2, and install it on BB 2.0 with a Pi2.
The one I can download from the BB menus are an really old release.Any one knows what I am doing wrong?
Thanks.

Berryboot doesn't have the /boot partition mounted.
/boot/
config and kernel options are managed from the berry boot "gui".This is by design.

Use a keybord, press Shift+F4, so you enter in the Terminal
cd /
sudo mkdir boot
sudo mount /dev/mmcblk0p1 /boot
exitnow you can use Raspi-Config
