Good day. I am new to using the Pi4, and am trying to set up a game bartop game machine. I found one post on this forum that was similar but does not address the inability of clicking on OK to save the settings. This is a two player 10 button setup and I updated all software to the most current release. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

        You mean https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Controller-Configuration/:

Follow the onscreen instructions to configure your gamepad- if you run out of buttons just hold down a button to skip each unused button. When you get to OK press the button you have configured as "A".

@mitu Yes I tried that but it will not click on the OK button using "A". The rest of the setup works until I get to that point.

if you can set up a second controller (I use a wireless keyboard - cursor keys for u,d,l,r a for A etc) 'A' on the second controller can be used to save your settings

Good day. After troubleshooting everything including the motherboard and usb cables I found out from the seller that the Dragonwise controllers will not work with the PI 4. FInd this odd, but that is what they said Only PI 3. Does anyone know of controllers you could recommend that are known to work with the PI 4? Tried every search combination but not finding any specifically stating they will work. Would appreciate any help.
