      Is there a special trick required to activate the Retroachievements for PSP?
      When i start a PSP-Game which officialy supports RAs i get the message: "Retroachievements: not logged in".
      When i start another lr-emu with RA-Support i dont get this message.
      In the official RA-Docs there is no PSP listed at all under supported emulators, only the PSX-Emulators are listed in the category "SONY".
      I am using "lr-ppsspp" on a Pi4 on 4.7.19 with Retroarch 1.9.7.

        Got it, for everyone wondering why PSP-Achievements wont work these days:
        PSP Support has just started on October 1st, it is not available yet for the Raspberry Pi / Retroarch 1.9.7.

          I know this is an old post, but just wanted to let you know I was able to get this working with the following steps:

          Of course, backup your SD card first just in case.

          1. Edit ~/RetroPie-Setup/scriptmodules/emulators/retroarch.sh and change the line that says
            rp_module_repo="git https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch.git v1.9.7"
            to
            rp_module_repo="git https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch.git v1.9.9"
          2. Go into the RetroPie setup and install (not update) Retroarch from Source.
          3. Reboot
          4. Update lr-ppsspp from source
          5. Reboot again

          This made achievements work for PSP games. Though, one thing to note is you need to use the ISO. CSOs don't work.

            @ffaddic thanks for info.
            I am aware that you can force retroarch to get updated even without being supported by the retropie setup-script.
            I prefer to wait until retroarch gets verified and 1.9.x (even .13 maybe?) will be part of the official setup-script to avoid running in other issues :)

            Thanks for the advise concerning *.cso.
            I just had a look, i only have *.iso on the pi while in fact having lots of *.cso on my real CFW-PSP1001 ;)
