@dankcushions I have a Raspberry Pi 3B and I have Retropie 4.4. I tried to install coolcv. And the error messages I received are

Error running 'tar -xv -z -C
                /opt/retropie/emulators/coolcv --stripped components 1' -returned 2

Unable to install binary for coolcv.

Now please. Tell me how I get Coolcv to install correctly.

Your version of RetroPie is too old (4.4 was released in April 2018) and most likely the download location for the coolcv package has changed since - use a current version of RetroPie and the installation will work.

@stoogesfan87 Why ? All Pi models are supported by the RetroPie.

@mitu how about the Raspberry Pi 3b+ or Pi 4.

Do you think they're strong enough for me to download coolcv again? And if I do get the latest version of Retropie. Will I be able to install Coolcv again?

As I said, any model would work with current RetroPie, including a Raspberry Pi 3B.

                          Yes.
