@jedipadavan As I said above - that error can be ignored.

Sorry, but unfortunately not. Because of this problem, I cannot load the USB flash drive, and without it I cannot load games from it, and thus I cannot use the system at all.

the message isn't an error that will cause a problem - i get the same message on a working system with USB storage. please give the full file path and name (including extension) on your USB stick of a file that you think should be loading

Can you say that in the inexperienced version? (step by step)

Please tell us the exact name, and location within the filesystem, of a file that is on the USB stick, that you think should be loading, but that is not loading.

              (step by step)

              1. Put the USB stick in your computer.
              2. Tell us the exact name and location of a file that is on it, that is not loading in RetroPie, but that you think should be loading in RetroPie.

This file is a PSP game, so the exact location of the file on the flash drive is: retropie/roms/$CONSOLE/psp
                If that's what you mean.

The location should be simply retropie/roms/psp. $CONSOLE is meant to be a placeholder for one of the emulated systems - in this case is psp.

Yes, I know what you mean, I'm just not at the computer, but I'm fine. I don't know what's wrong.

@jedipadavan PSP isn't included with the main packages that come pre-installed. Did you manually install one of the optional packages ppsspp or lr-ppsspp?

no, it was already installed. when I entered the retropie file, and then in roms, in the folders with the letter P I found the PSP right away. I didn't install anything by hand.

@jedipadavan You haven't provided enough information to help.

You will need to provide a verbose log (assuming you are using lr-ppsspp) which will help show why the content is failing)

                            https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Runcommand/#launch-with-verbose-logging

again, you need to provide the full file path and file name and extension.
                              for example
                              /RetroPie/roms/psp/tekken6.psp

don’t guess - type it exactly as it appears when you connect the usb stick to your computer

if someone says that he did not install anything by hand, but has data/apps installed, which are not to be found on the base-image (current 4.7.21)...so what could this mean?
                                Something is not kosher.
