@sleve_mcdichael fully agree! The ordinary way would be: go for a specific system and collect the roms. Then look out for BIOS-files, collect them too.
@raspberry79: what kind of package did you download for god sakes?
"all i could find to any system in a miracle box.zip" with 91,5 TB? :O

Well, there are some bios-files that end with *.bin, but as far as you also have a *.cue those will be ISOs.

Why do you have such a mess? Why are there so many different file-types unsorted? This is quite unusual.

looks like you've downloaded a windows game: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pac-Man:_Adventures_in_Time

we can't really account for this bizarre random way you seem to be acquiring games. retropie isn't some kind of encyclopedic videogame catch-all player; it is for emulating a limited subset of retro systems.

@raspberry79 there is no emulator for windows games.
So you cant use it with RetroPie or Lakka.

                      Pi 4 Retropie 4.8.
I hear online from some that you unzip the roms and others keep rom zip.
So What do u really do, do you keep the roms compressed or do you unzip them all.

                        • Arcade emulators require their games to be zipped.
                        • Other emulators usually require their games to be unzipped, or to be a single file in a zip archive.
                        • There might be oddballs.

Got it, but i'm having a little problem launching Retropie from Kodi.
I have Kodi install on retropie, i set it to autostart at boot, but when in kodi, i can't exit to launch ES emulationstart???
