Dolphin Fails to compile on RPI once again

Hello! I have seen multiple problems with RetroPie not working with Dolphin on the Raspberry pi 4 in 64 bit Raspbian but I am having a problem myself on compiling Dolphin. Here is the error I am getting:

Should be fixed now.
We don't support Dolphin on RPI (the system is not powerful enough to run it) and also RasPi OS bullseye support is still in beta.
