FBNeo cheats in RetroArch

Hello everyone. For those who use FBNeo in RetroArch, I need assistance for an issue I'm having. I downloaded a bunch of cheats for FBNeo here: https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo-cheats. A bunch of .ini files zipped into an archive. I unzipped them to C:\RetroArchWin64\Cheats\FBNeoArcade games. When I run a game there is no cheat option in Quick Menu > Core Options. There is a cheat option in Quick Menu > Cheats and no cheats appear in there either. I think I may have the cheats in the wrong directory.
I ran two games, Alien vs Predator (1994) and X-Men (1992) and I have the same issue with both games. Any assistance with this issue will gladly be appreciated.

I think I made it pretty clear in the original post where I uncompressed the cheats.
"SYSTEM_DIRECTORY/fbneo/cheats/"
Where would this directory be?

I found the cheats. You can close this case mods.

Yes, you made it very clear that you uncompressed them in the wrong folder, and that additionally to the fact you apparently can't follow a documentation but still believe you do, you are extremely impolite with people wasting their time trying to help you.
