lr-hatari - How I insert a second disk?
-
Hello,
I would like to ask this question: How I insert a second disk on lr-hatari emulator?lr-hatari - How I insert a second disk?
I have a Raspberry Pi 400, official power supply, i run Retropie 4.8.4 I think, which is updated from the official version I downloaded. I have connected an official Pi mouse and an xbox 360 controller with cable.

Did you follow the guide about multidisk games? https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Atari-ST-STE-TT-Falcon/
-
@windg I read this. Is this the only way with .m3u files? The retroarch menu has an option to eject one disk and load another, but I get an error message when I try to insert another disk. Why is that?

@Lord-Vek It should work and with this way. Did you try with other multidisc game ?
-
@Lord-Vek I will probably try tomorrow. The game I was trying was Gauntlet II.
-
@Lord-Vek ...I'm not close to my RetroPie build, but I tried Gauntlet II on my PC (using the lr-atari800 for Atari 800, so might be similar).....
I had to change the internal machine to 800XL with 64K memory. Once booted up with Side A, I went through the process until it prompts for Side B.
I didn't use the Retroarch disk menu, instead I pressed F1 to bring up the Atari emulator menu and did the disk swap in there...pressing Escape to get back to the game, then pressed by Start button. Second disk loaded up and game played.
You might try it that way?
-
@Lord-Vek When the game ask for the second disk do the following :
Open Retroarch menu >> Disk control >>Eject Disk >> Load new disκ (ignore the disκ append error ) >> Set current Disc index to 2 >> insert Disc(ignore disk error).
