Naomi - 18 Wheeler Problem with Joystick.

Hello,
my system is a Raspberry Pi 4 with RetroPie 4.6.

I use the "lr-flycast" emulator to run Naomi Roms.

I haven't had any control problems in any naomi game so far. Only in "18 Wheeler: Amercian Pro Trucker (Deluxe, REV A)"can I not steer the vehicle left or right with my joystick. Before that in the game menu, for example when selecting the vehicles, I can very well turn left or right Select vehicles. The game dispays all the time

The error message "MOTOR NETWORK ERR IN 01 OUT ff" is displayed repeatedly in the game.

How can I configure the game so that I can control the truck?

Having exact same problem if anyone has a solution.

You have to map the analog control to digital then you can get trucking within the RGUI.

When I first tried to set it up I was using the "analog to Digital Type, but that never worked. In the end I figured out you have to manually set it by the analog controls to the digital. In this case handle - and + See my pic below.

You need to get the romset 18wheelu.zip and run that . Controls are perfect and you dont get the motor network error

That version has the same trucks as the DC version though, kinda defeating the point of playing the NAOMI version.
